How It Is Made
The plug is moulded directly onto the cable on our own tooling, so there is no screw joint and no field wiring. The company runs first class producing equipment and advanced mould processing equipment, and quality control is applied at each stage rather than only at the end.
This range covers single-outlet and clear lighted-end versions on 16/3, 14/3, 12/3 and 10/3 cable in SJTW, SJTOW, STW, STOW, SOW and SEOW grades, all approved to UL and cUL.

It marks the cable as suitable for wet locations, which is the requirement for outdoor cord sets.
How long can an outdoor cord be?
Longer runs need a heavier gauge to keep voltage drop in check. Tell us the length and the load and we will recommend the gauge.

The O grades such as SJTOW and STOW carry an oil resistant jacket.
