On a construction site the cord is a consumable that has to behave like equipment. Cable is dragged across concrete, coiled wet and pulled around corners, and the equipment on the end is used in damp conditions where an earth fault matters.

Which cable grade should a site cord use?
A W rated jacketed grade such as SJTW, STW or SOOW. Indoor parallel cord is not suitable outdoors.
