What This Mat Is and Who It Is For
The Wood Grain EVA Foam Mat laminates a printed wood-grain film onto an EVA foam base. From standing height it reads as a wood floor; underfoot it is soft, warm and waterproof, which a real wood floor is not.
It is the line buyers choose when the floor has to look finished rather than functional - retail showrooms, exhibition stands, temporary event floors and home interiors where a gym tile would look out of place.

Compounding
EVA resin and additives are weighed and mixed to the density the order calls for - 70-75 kg/m3 for standard lines, 80 kg/m3 for tatami and rubber-blend tiles.
Foaming
The compound is foamed into blocks on our own foaming lines. This is the step that fixes density, hardness and how the mat will behave under load.
Lamination
Printed film or suede surfaces are laminated onto the foam base for the wood-grain, plush and printed puzzle lines.
Die-cutting
Blocks are cut to tile size and the interlocking puzzle teeth are die-cut. Cut accuracy is what decides whether the seams close cleanly on site.
Quality control
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final sampling before every shipment.
Packing and shipping
Shrink-wrapped inner packing with a carton outer, loaded close to Shanghai and Qingdao seaports.

Laying and Maintaining the Floor
Lay the tiles with the grain direction running the length of the room.
Alternate the tile orientation slightly so the print does not repeat in an obvious grid.
Fit border strips at the room edge for a finished line.
Clean with a damp mop and a mild detergent; do not use solvents on the printed film.
Stack flat between events; do not fold the printed surface against itself.

Does the printed film peel off?
The film is laminated to the EVA base in our own lamination workshop. Clean it with a damp mop and a mild detergent rather than solvents, which attack printed films.
Can we choose the wood pattern?
Yes. Patterns, colours, sizes, thicknesses and packaging are all customizable under OEM and ODM.
Is the film food grade?
Food-grade film options are available. Confirm the requirement with our sales team when you request a quote.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The tile is waterproof and easy to maintain, which is its main practical advantage over real wood.
