Compounding
EVA resin and additives are weighed and mixed to the density the order calls for - 70-75 kg/m3 for standard lines, 80 kg/m3 for tatami and rubber-blend tiles.
Foaming
The compound is foamed into blocks on our own foaming lines. This is the step that fixes density, hardness and how the mat will behave under load.
Lamination
Printed film or suede surfaces are laminated onto the foam base for the wood-grain, plush and printed puzzle lines.
Die-cutting
Blocks are cut to tile size and the interlocking puzzle teeth are die-cut. Cut accuracy is what decides whether the seams close cleanly on site.
Quality control
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final sampling before every shipment.
Packing and shipping
Shrink-wrapped inner packing with a carton outer, loaded close to Shanghai and Qingdao seaports.

Laying and Maintaining the Floor
Use on dry interior floors; this is not the line for pool surrounds or wet rooms.
Vacuum the surface on a soft setting rather than scrubbing the pile.
Spot-clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, then let it dry fully.
Keep the tiles out of long direct sunlight to preserve the surface colour.
Store flat and stacked, never folded.

Can the plush surface be cleaned?
Yes. Vacuum on a soft setting and spot-clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Let the tile dry fully before use.
Is it suitable for bathrooms?
For wet areas we recommend the Pool Grid EVA Foam Mat, which is built to drain. The plush line is for dry interiors.
What colours are available?
Custom colours are available under OEM and ODM alongside custom sizes, thicknesses and packaging.
What is the density?
70-75 kg/m3 with Shore C 36 hardness, the same base specification as our other standard lines.
Do you supply hotels directly?
We supply wholesalers, importers and brand owners, and manufacture OEM products for Amazon sellers. Hotel programmes are normally handled through our distributors.
