What a Garment Tech Pack Must Contain
The fields a factory needs before it can price a style, and what happens when each one is missing.
A quotation built on an incomplete tech pack is a guess, and the gap shows up as a price revision after you have already sold the range. Every field below changes either the cost or the lead time.
The points that matter
- Measurement chart with tolerances, not just a size run
- Fabric specification: composition, construction, weight
- Trim list with placement and supplier reference
- Print and embroidery artwork at production scale
- Label, hangtag and packing instructions
- Grading rules across the full size range
