Can you produce to our own tech pack?
Yes. OEM production against a buyer tech pack and approved sample is our normal basis of work. Where the tech pack is incomplete, our design team fills the gaps with you before sampling.
What protection is available on a first order?
Alibaba Trade Assurance orders, a confidentiality agreement, a full refund agreement and a quality assurance contract are all available and are signed before development starts.
