Christmas knitwear has one delivery window a year. The constraint is rarely the sewing floor — it is knitting machine time and yarn commitment, both of which are taken months before the sweaters exist.
The points that matter
- Holiday knitwear competes for the same machine time
- Sampling rounds run before capacity is reserved
- Yarn commitment precedes knitting, not the reverse
- Artwork approval is usually the late item
- Shipping window must be booked, not assumed
- Carry-over styles can be knitted ahead of new designs

We manufacture in our own 6,000 m² factory in Hangzhou, with three knitting lines, more than 110 sets of sewing equipment and over 100 experienced workers. Development and production sit in the same building, so the answers you get during sampling are the ones that will hold in bulk.
