How MOQ, Colourways and Blocks Interact
Why splitting an order across colourways costs more than splitting it across sizes.
The cheapest range is not the one with the fewest styles. It is the one where several styles sit on the same block and the variation sits in print, trim and colour.

- Minimums are usually per colour, not per style
- Shared blocks across colourways reduce sampling
- Yarn-dyed colours commit earlier than piece-dyed
- Print changes are cheaper than block changes
- Carry-over styles amortise development across seasons
- Confirm minimums per programme with the sales team

We manufacture in our own 6,000 m² factory in Hangzhou, with three knitting lines, more than 110 sets of sewing equipment and over 100 experienced workers. Development and production sit in the same building, so the answers you get during sampling are the ones that will hold in bulk.
