Our Solution

The wall was supplied on MSR-IFB-3 block indoor cabinets with a solid metal cabinet structure, high quality black LED lamp modules, and a profiled metal design that enables fine heat extraction. The cabinets support rear service access via a removable rear panel, allowing full module replacement and maintenance without removing the entire screen from the wall.

Cabinets were packed with spare modules, receiving cards, and power supplies to ensure the integrator had field spares immediately upon delivery, avoiding delays during installation or future maintenance.

Testing

Quality Control

Modules passed soldering inspection and an ageing test. Cabinets were assembled and built into a wall in the factory for a screen installation test and a screen ageing test, which ensures brightness and colour consistency across all cabinets before shipment.
