Our Solution

The wall was supplied on MSR-IFB-4 indoor fixed cabinets with a 1.25mm minimum pixel pitch, 58mm ultra-thin aluminium cabinet, and a front maintenance design. Cabinets are 640x480mm with die-cast aluminium construction, weigh 6kg per cabinet, and use a structural hard link with cableless design for fast, tool-free installation and high precision alignment.

Modules passed soldering inspection and an ageing test, and the cabinets were built up as a wall in the factory for a screen installation test and a screen ageing test, which is what matches brightness and colour across cabinets before they ship.
