We are the factory. Shenzhen UserLinkTrust Technology Co., Ltd. has produced in Bantian, Longgang since 2009, with an in-house mould workshop and our own assembly and inspection lines. Factory audits are welcome at any time.

How fast can I get a sample
Samples leave within 72 hours for standard models. Custom silkscreen, colour box or firmware branding adds to that, and we confirm the exact date before you pay.
What certifications do your products carry
CE, RoHS and FCC apply across the range, and our folding solar panels have IP-rated waterproof test reports. Certificates and test reports can be downloaded from our Download Center.
Can you print our logo and design our packaging
Yes. On CarPlay products we can change the user interface logo, the Bluetooth broadcast name, the silkscreen artwork, the colour box and the manual. On solar panels we can change silkscreen, fabric, junction box and stand.
How do you handle shipping and customs
We consolidate freight forwarding, customs declaration and booking so you receive the goods door to door. We also flag which certifications your destination market expects before shipping.
