From sample confirmation, which is when model, branding and quantity are all agreed. We give you a firm date at that point.
Are samples free
Sample and freight cost depends on the model and the customisation involved. Ask on WhatsApp with the model number and we will quote it directly.
Does the sample match mass production
Yes, that is the point of building it on the same line. The approved sample is kept as the inspection reference for the production run.
Can you sample a modified version
Yes. Modifications to size, material or function are assessed first, then sampled. Custom work takes longer than the 72-hour standard turnaround and we date it in advance.
