Several Katuo warning products print ECE R65 (Class 1 or Class 2), ECE R10, SAE J845 Class 1 and CISPR 25 Class 3 on the same spec card. Those strings are not interchangeable.
ECE R65 is a warning-device photometric regulation used on many European-spec vehicles. Class 1 vs Class 2 on a Katuo page is the class printed for that SKU and color.
SAE J845 Class 1 is the optical class used in North American warning-device language. CISPR 25 Class 3 speaks to emissions on the vehicle electrical system. ECE R10 is the EMC approval commonly paired with it.
