From a first sample to a repeatable production run under your own label, with the tooling and packaging decisions taken in the right order.
Most private label programmes fail on sequencing rather than on price: colour is chosen before the tooling is understood, packaging is designed before the dimension drawing exists, and compliance is discovered after the first container is booked. This is the order that works, using the platform products in this range to keep tooling cost out of the first run wherever possible.

Select the platform
A custom product is quoted as new tooling and a long lead time
Start from a published platform. The ultra-slim magnetic pack covers two capacities on one tool, and the K26 GaN charger covers four outputs and three plug types. Customisation then means colour, print and packaging rather than a new mould.
Confirm the specification in writing
The delivered product does not match the sheet the buyer was sold on
Every figure on these product pages is reproduced from the factory specification, and where a figure is not published the page says so. Get those open items answered in writing before the sample, not after.
Approve a physical sample
Colour approved on a screen never matches the housing
We produce a sample of the exact configuration, in the exact colour, with the print applied. Approval is against the physical part, and that part becomes the reference for the batch.
Settle packaging against the drawing
Retail packaging is designed against a rendering and does not fit
Ask for the dimension drawing before the artwork starts. Blister, poly bag and retail box all have different landed costs, and on a low-value accessory the packing can move the cost more than the product does.
Close the compliance file
A lithium shipment is booked before the documentation exists
For battery products, confirm which marks the destination market requires and which the product already holds. MSDS and UN38.3 travel with the booking; other reports are supplied on request.
Run production with a fixed reference
Later batches drift away from the approved sample
The approved sample is the batch reference for colour, print and finish. Production photographs before shipment are available on request.
