A Shenzhen Card Reader Factory That Became A Charging Brand
Jonai Tech has developed and produced memory card readers in Bao'an, Shenzhen since 2007. The KIKOO range of magnetic wireless chargers and power banks is built in the same operation, in a plant of about 3,800 square metres with around 100 employees, certified to ISO9001 and audited to BSCI.
Fifteen Years Of One Product Category
Jonai Tech is a card reader factory. That is a narrower description than most suppliers in this industry would give of themselves, and it is the point: since 2007 the company has developed and produced a series of card readers for memory cards, which is long enough to have seen USB 2.0 become USB 3.0, microSD displace the formats around it, and the built-in card slot disappear from laptops. Four USB 2.0 readers and one USB 3.0 reader are published here, all of them built in our own plant rather than bought in and relabelled.

It has professional R&D teams and a high-standard quality control system, supported by a factory of more than 3,800 square metres and about 100 employees, certified to ISO9001 and audited to BSCI. The brand philosophy is smart home, smart office, and the investment since the brand was founded has gone into research and design rather than into catalogue breadth.
What We Publish, And What We Will Not
Every output figure, model code and certification list on this site is reproduced from the factory specification. Where the specification does not publish a figure, the page says so and offers to confirm it in writing, rather than filling the gap with a plausible number. That is an unusual choice in this industry and it costs us some listings, because a page that admits an open item looks weaker than one that invents a closed one. It is also the only way a buyer can compare two suppliers honestly.
Packing, Because It Decides The Landed Cost
On products of this value, packing routinely moves the landed cost more than the product does, and it is the last thing most buyers specify. Bulk, poly bag, printed blister and retail box are all available across the range, and the decision changes the freight volume, the minimum quantity and the unit economics. We would rather have that conversation before the quotation than after the first container.
How We Work With Buyers
Most of what leaves this factory carries somebody else's label. That shapes how we quote: platform products wherever possible, so that two SKUs share one tool and one approval; a physical sample approved before production, which then becomes the batch reference; and a specification sheet that goes out before the order rather than after it. Enquiries are answered by email during office hours in Shenzhen, by people who can answer a question about port behaviour without asking somebody else.
