Each stage below exists because something goes wrong without it. The problem is named first, then what we do about it.
Artwork Review
Problem. Files arrive at screen resolution or in the wrong colour space and detail is lost on fabric.
We check the file at 150 dpi or above in PDF, AI, JPG, TIF or PSD, and our designers redraw or develop a pattern if the file is not usable.
Base Selection
Problem. The same print looks flat on chiffon and rich on twill, and buyers rarely see that before bulk.
We match the design to a weave and momme weight, from 8 momme chiffon through 12 momme crepe de chine to 18 momme twill.
Strike Off
Problem. Screen colour and printed colour never match exactly.
A sample is printed so you can approve pattern, colour, size and quality before the bulk run starts.
Printing
Problem. Outsourced printing means colour drifts between orders.
Printing runs on our own digital machines with environmentally friendly ink, on widths of 90, 114, 140 and 190 cm.
Hemming
Problem. Hand-rolled hems are the first thing a buyer inspects and the first thing a subcontractor rushes.
Our own tailors roll or machine hem in house, to one standard across every size in the order.
Inspection And Packing
Problem. Defects found at the destination cost far more than defects found on the floor.
Every piece is inspected by hand, ironed and packed before it leaves the building.

- The group has been manufacturing scarves and garments since 2005.
- A research and development team was set up in 2015 to develop new patterns and products.
- Suzhou JL Silk Co., Ltd, the export trading company, was established in 2017.
- The group invested in a digital print factory in Hangzhou and extended the range to silk eye masks, pillowcases, bonnets and scrunchies.
- Digital printing runs in house on fabric widths of 90 cm, 114 cm, 140 cm and 190 cm.
- Screen printing is handled by a nearby partner factory with 15 years of print experience.
- The sewing department, plate making room and packing area are all under the same roof.
- Every product is inspected, ironed and packed by hand before it ships.

Do I Approve Anything Before Bulk
Yes. A sample is produced for pattern, colour, size and quality approval before the bulk run is scheduled.
How Are Goods Shipped
DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT are the carriers we use most, and you can nominate the mode, the forwarder, or delivery on to your own customer.
