Suzhou JL Silk Co., Ltd is the export company behind Suzhou Guoyun Silk Factory. The group has been making scarves and garments since 2005 and now covers printing, dyeing, cutting, sewing, inspection and export documentation in one place.

Materials And Machines
- Silk weaves in production: charmeuse, satin, twill, crepe de chine, crepe satin, chiffon, georgette, habotai, organza and stretch satin.
- Weights from 3.5 momme sheer through to 40 momme heavy charmeuse.
- Other fibres printed on the same digital machines: polyester, wool, cashmere, cotton, linen, tencel and rayon.
- Digital print widths of 90 cm, 114 cm, 140 cm and 190 cm.
- Screen printing through a nearby partner factory with 15 years of experience.
- Piece dyeing to a Pantone reference, plus a stock colour range held in several thicknesses and widths.
The Departments An Order Passes Through
Photography below is from current production stock. Workshop photography is being reshot and will replace these frames as it arrives.
Digital printing workshop. The ink-jet heads run smoothly enough to hold fine detail and bright colour, and samples can be arranged at any time.
Fabric storage. Plain silk is held in a range of colours, thicknesses and widths, ready for custom dyeing to a Pantone number.
Sewing department. Every tailor on the floor has years of experience, which is what keeps hems and seams consistent across a run.
Plate making and sample room. Tech packs are built to the customer's requirement and a sample goes out for approval before bulk.
Inspection, ironing and packing. Goods are checked by hand before they leave the building.
Display and staging area. The floor is kept clean and orderly so finished goods are not contaminated before packing.

What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity
Usually 1 metre for fabric and 1 piece for a scarf, bag or garment. For a custom printed scarf design the minimum is 10 pieces.
Can I Get Samples Before I Order Bulk
Yes. Free samples are offered and you normally cover the postage. We can also make a sample to your own pattern, colour and size so you can check quality before bulk production.
Can You Print On Fabrics Other Than Silk
Yes. Our own digital print machines run silk, cotton, linen, tencel, rayon and polyester. Screen printing goes through a nearby factory with 15 years of experience.
Can You Match My Own Colour
Yes. Send the Pantone number and we dye to it.
What Artwork Files Do You Need
PDF, AI, JPG, TIF or PSD at 150 dpi or higher. If you have no artwork, choose from the patterns our designers have developed or brief us and we will draw a new one.
How Long Does Production Take
Products are made in 1 to 10 working days depending on the process and the quantity. Sales are online 24 hours for updates.

DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT are the ones we use most. You can specify the mode of transport and the forwarder, and we can deliver on to your own customer if that is needed.
