Digital print, screen print and piece dyeing, the widths available, and what artwork the print room needs.
Digital Printing
Digital printing runs on our own machines. The ink jets smoothly, which is what allows bright, delicate designs to hold their detail, and print speed is fast enough that samples can be arranged at any time. Print widths are 90 cm, 114 cm, 140 cm and 190 cm. The ink used is environmentally friendly.
Screen Printing
Screen printing goes through a nearby partner factory with 15 years of print experience. It suits designs with a small number of flat colours and larger repeat quantities.
Piece Dyeing To A Colour Reference
Plain silk is held in stock in a range of colours, thicknesses and widths. For a colour that is not in stock, send the Pantone number and the fabric is dyed to it.
Artwork Requirements
Send PDF, AI, JPG, TIF or PSD files at 150 dpi or above. If you have no artwork, our designers have developed a library of patterns to choose from, and they can also draw a new pattern to your brief.
Beyond Silk
The same digital machines print cotton, linen, tencel, rayon and polyester, so a range that mixes silk scarves with a cotton lining or a polyester pouch can be printed in one place.

Can You Print My Design On Both Fabric And Finished Scarves
Yes. The same artwork can run onto fabric by the metre and onto finished pieces such as scarves, pillowcases and eye masks.
