Can I have the goods inspected before shipment?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to inspect in person, and Huayao accepts third-party pre-shipment inspection appointed by the buyer, including Intertek, BV and SGS.
What is the production capacity behind this item?
The plant runs one natural-gas electric melting kiln with a melting area of about 50 m² and two production lines, with an annual capacity of six million pieces of AC and DC glass insulators. Stock is held on common types.
What happens if a glass shell is damaged in service?
A toughened glass shell shatters and leaves the cap and pin carrying the line, so a zero-value unit can be spotted on a ground or helicopter patrol instead of a hot-line test.
