How do I confirm the creepage distance I need?
Take the specified creepage in mm per kV for the pollution class, multiply by the system voltage, then divide by the creepage of one unit to get the number of units in the string. Per-unit creepage is published on every product page.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Packing list, routine test record for the batch and, where the buyer asks for it, the third-party inspection report from Intertek, BV or SGS.
Can you supply both glass and porcelain on one order?
Yes. Both families are made in the same plant in Luxi County, so a mixed scope ships together.
