Almost nobody loses money on the design. They lose it on a fabric substitution nobody was told about, a size run that only fits in the middle, a sample approved in one workshop and produced in another, or a shipment that clears customs three weeks late.
The way to avoid all four is unglamorous: fix the fabric and the gram weight in writing, grade the block properly, sample and produce in the same factory, and inspect before the carton is sealed. That is the routine here.

Estimated price
We come back with an estimated price against the style, the fabric and the quantity you have in mind.
Sample making
The sample is made to your style, size, structure and material. Sample fee is about USD 5 per piece; courier is roughly USD 25 to 35 by FedEx on a 3 to 5 day service.
Sample approval
You review the sample and comment. Expect more than one round before a final sample is signed off - that is normal and it is cheaper than fixing bulk.
Production details confirmed
Fabric, colour, size ratio, labelling, packaging and shipping marks are locked before cutting starts.
Production
Bulk production runs 40 to 60 days depending on quantity and fabric availability.
Inspection and shipment
QC inspects before packing. Air freight takes about 12 days, sea freight about 30 days.
After-sales
We track the shipment until you receive it, and handle customs holds, missing parcels and quality claims directly.

Do you accept OEM and private label orders?
Yes. Private labelling your brand is the standard route, and products can be customised in fabric, colour, size, trim and packaging.
How long does a sample take?
Samples are produced in 4 to 7 working days after the sample payment is received. Sample lead time for a full development sample is quoted as 30 days when a new pattern has to be made.
What is the production lead time?
Production runs 40 to 60 days. For ready-to-ship items we ship 5 to 15 days after payment is confirmed.
How do you control quality?
We have a professional QC department that inspects after production and again before shipping, so problems are caught before the goods leave the factory.
What happens if something goes wrong with my shipment?
If a parcel goes missing we reship after confirming with the forwarder. If it is held by customs we help you release it. If there is a quality problem, send photographs and a short description and we will reship or settle it another way.
