Can you hold a programme so I can reorder it?
Yes. Keeping one fabric specification and one approved block is what makes a reorder match the original buy, and it is the main reason buyers consolidate here.
What are your payment terms?
T/T, L/C, D/A and D/P. Customers who have exchanged business cards with us are offered a 50 percent deposit on a first order.
How do you handle a quality claim?
Send photographs and a short description. We reship or settle it another way. If a shipment goes missing we reship after confirming with the forwarder.
