Printing methods used across the range include digital printing, heat-transfer printing and sublimation, with embroidery and embossed finishes on knit and fleece.
Decoration is tested on the actual production fabric, because a print that behaves on a cotton jersey can crack on a brushed fleece.
What Happens At This Stage
Sample approval
You review the sample and comment. Expect more than one round before a final sample is signed off - that is normal and it is cheaper than fixing bulk.
Production details confirmed
Fabric, colour, size ratio, labelling, packaging and shipping marks are locked before cutting starts.
Production
Bulk production runs 40 to 60 days depending on quantity and fabric availability.
