Questions About All Apparel

What is the lead time on all apparel?
Samples are produced in 4 to 7 working days after the sample payment clears; bulk production runs 40 to 60 days. Ready-to-ship items ship 5 to 15 days after payment.
Can I use my own fabric or nominate a mill?
Yes. We also supply fabric ourselves, so a cloth you approve here can carry straight into your cut without moving between suppliers.
Will my brand be on the garment?
Yes. Woven label, size label, care label, hang tag and packaging are specified with the order at no extra development charge.
How many sample rounds should I budget for?
More than one. A first sample that comes back with no comments usually means it was not read closely enough, and fixing a fit in sampling costs nothing compared with fixing it in bulk.
