Hengtuo Shenzhen Trading Co., Ltd. has been doing business in textiles since 2015. Suits, swimwear and sportswear are the core, and we produce through two joint-venture factories with more than 500 skilled workers.
Cut And Sew Production Plus The Fabric Behind It
Our products include suits, swimwear and sportswear, alongside dresses, knitwear, hoodies, polo shirts, trousers and coordinated sets. We also sell fabric in its own right - silk, linen, cotton eyelet, satin, jacquard and stretch knits - which means a cloth you approve can carry straight into your garment production without moving between two unrelated suppliers.
Most of our work is OEM: you bring the design or the reference, we bring the pattern, the sample, the production and the inspection. Where a customer has no tech pack, one clear photograph showing every detail is enough for our team to work back to a pattern.

Style and reference
Send one clear picture showing every detail you want, or brief us and we design the style for you.
Estimated price
We come back with an estimated price against the style, the fabric and the quantity you have in mind.
Sample making
The sample is made to your style, size, structure and material. Sample fee is about USD 5 per piece; courier is roughly USD 25 to 35 by FedEx on a 3 to 5 day service.
Sample approval
You review the sample and comment. Expect more than one round before a final sample is signed off - that is normal and it is cheaper than fixing bulk.
Production details confirmed
Fabric, colour, size ratio, labelling, packaging and shipping marks are locked before cutting starts.
Production
Bulk production runs 40 to 60 days depending on quantity and fabric availability.
Inspection and shipment
QC inspects before packing. Air freight takes about 12 days, sea freight about 30 days.
After-sales
We track the shipment until you receive it, and handle customs holds, missing parcels and quality claims directly.
Where Quality Is Actually Controlled
In the pattern room
A graded size run, not a scaled sample size. Most fit complaints in apparel trace back to lazy grading rather than to the design.
Before the cut
Fabric composition, gram weight and colour are confirmed against the approved sample before anything is cut. Fabric is where a quotation quietly gets cheaper.
Before the carton is sealed
A dedicated QC department inspects after production and again before shipment. Needle detection runs where the specification calls for it.
What We Do Not Claim
We have not published a certification list, a customer list or a testimonial page here, because we would rather leave a page thin than fill it with claims a buyer cannot check. If you need a specific certificate, a factory audit or references for your market, ask and we will tell you honestly what exists.
