Samples are produced in 4 to 7 working days after the sample payment is received. Sample lead time for a full development sample is quoted as 30 days when a new pattern has to be made.

Production runs 40 to 60 days. For ready-to-ship items we ship 5 to 15 days after payment is confirmed.

We have a professional QC department that inspects after production and again before shipping, so problems are caught before the goods leave the factory.

If a parcel goes missing we reship after confirming with the forwarder. If it is held by customs we help you release it. If there is a quality problem, send photographs and a short description and we will reship or settle it another way.

Yes. If a style is not selling you can return it and swap it for another design on your next order, provided the goods still carry their original tags and packaging.
