Equipped Plant
The company states the factory is equipped with advanced machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
Tooling Control
Mould design is in house, so a part is reproduced from the same tooling rather than re-sourced between orders.

Agreed Before Production Starts
These points are settled in writing with the sales manager for each programme.
Specification Sign Off
Drawing, material, finish, dimensions and any tolerance that matters, confirmed in writing before tooling or production.
Sample Approval
Sample produced against the specification and approved in writing. The approved sample becomes the reference for the shipment.
In Production Checks
Checks during production against the approved sample and specification, at the frequency agreed for the programme.
Pre Shipment Inspection
Final inspection and, where the buyer requires it, third party inspection before the container is loaded.
Packing Verification
Carton marking, quantity per carton, gross and net weight and pallet configuration checked against the agreed packing list.

Do you hold certifications
Certification is confirmed per programme with the sales manager. This site does not publish certificates the factory has not published itself.
What quality control is carried out
The company states that its plant is equipped with machines to ensure quality and efficiency, and that it has produced on an OEM basis for European, American and Japanese customers since 1998. Programme-specific inspection is agreed at order stage.
Can we appoint a third party inspector
Third party inspection arrangements are agreed per order. Tell the sales manager which agency you use when you place the enquiry.
Do you keep an approved sample
Written sample approval before production is the normal route for an OEM programme and the approved sample is the reference for the shipment. Confirm the procedure with the sales manager.
Can we audit the factory
Buyers are welcome to visit. The plant is about 1 hour from Hangzhou Airport and 3 hours from Shanghai.
