The type VNP vertical sump pump is specifically designed to water application or wasted water application. Pump Material is PP.
It is a vertical single stage pump with a back pull out design according to ISO 2858, installed wet in the pit. Sealing is by a labyrinth seal or a lip ring seal and the bearings are grease lubricated. The solid content limit value is approximately 20 per cent.
The pump hangs into the liquid, so there is no suction pipe, no foot valve and no priming system.

Casings and impellers are machined in house, staged through the parts store and assembled into complete sets. Finished pumps are coupled up on the test bench with the suction and discharge lines connected before they are packed.
