Putting a brand on a case is the easy part. The work is in choosing a shape that fits the frames you sell, proving the finish before bulk, and getting the branding to survive the life of the product. This is how we run that from first enquiry to shipped goods.
What Happens At Each Stage
Each stage lists the problem it exists to prevent, so you can see where a project usually goes wrong and what we do about it.
Shape Selection
Problem: Developing a new case pattern costs money and weeks you do not have on a first order.You send your widest frame dimensions. We shortlist two or three existing XC or LP references that already have the internal clearance, so there is no tooling charge.
Material And Colour
Problem: A colour approved on screen rarely matches the material in hand.We send a physical swatch card and match against a Pantone reference or your own swatch. The approved swatch becomes the master for every later batch.
Branding Method
Problem: Printed logos rub off, and foil can crack on a textured covering.We match the method to the surface: debossing on smooth PU, foil on flat panels, pre-print on covering material for full-coverage artwork, woven badges on fabric.
Sampling
Problem: Problems found after bulk are expensive; problems found on a sample are not.Sample delivery is 30 days. You test fit with your own frames and lenses before anything goes into production.
Production
Problem: The third batch drifting away from the approved sample.First article approval against the signed sample, then batch colour checks against the master swatch.
Packing And Export
Problem: Cases arriving creased or cartons that do not divide into store deliveries.Individual bagging inside export cartons, carton quantity agreed with you rather than set by us.

Not when we re-pattern from an existing reference, which covers most requests. A genuinely new construction is quoted separately.
What do you need from us to start?
The dimensions of your widest frame, vector logo artwork, a colour reference and your target quantity.
How long from first enquiry to shipped goods?
Sample delivery is 30 days. Production time after sample approval depends on quantity and is confirmed with your order.
Can we approve a case and a cloth in the same finish?
Yes, and we recommend it. Approving the set together avoids a mismatched shelf later.
