Four things move a quote forward immediately: the dimensions of your widest folded frame, vector logo artwork, a colour reference and a target quantity. Without the frame dimensions any quote is provisional, because the pattern is not yet fixed.

Choose the case shape before the finish. Our XC reference blocks run from XC 801 to XC 983 and cover slim, wide, curved, clamshell, foldable and multi-pair storage bodies, all on the same construction. Picking from those avoids pattern development cost on a first order.

One Master Swatch For The Whole Range

The most common private label failure is four items approved separately that turn out to be four slightly different browns on the shelf. Approve one physical master swatch and use it across the case, pouch, storage box and cloth.

Match The Branding Method To The Surface

Debossing holds up best on smooth PU. Foil needs a flat panel or it cracks on a texture. Full-coverage artwork is printed onto the covering material before it is wrapped. Fabric takes a woven badge better than a print. We set this per surface at the start.

Test The Sample Against Your Own Frames

Sample delivery is 30 days. Use that sample properly: put your own frames and lenses in it, close it, carry it for a week. Fit and lining problems found here cost nothing; found after bulk they cost a production run.

Minimums And How To Phase A Launch

500 pcs per pouch, case and cloth, 200 pcs on travel cases, per style and colour. A broad range launched at once is expensive; most brands start with the pouch and the cloth, then add the hard case once the finish is proven.
