What This Method Covers
Compound nutrient products put macronutrients, micronutrients and amino acids into one bag so the grower makes one pass instead of three. That only works if every component dissolves at the same rate and none of them precipitate the others, which puts the compatibility work up front in formulation rather than out in the field.
Step By Step
Fix the nutrient target first
Decide the N-P-K and micronutrient declaration, then size the amino acid inclusion around what is left.
Use the chelating behaviour
Glycine is the smallest amino acid and acts as a natural chelating agent for micronutrients; the 80 grade carries glycine at 11.56% free amino acid content.
Screen for precipitation
Dissolve the full blend at field rate and hold it for the longest realistic tank-standing time before judging it.
Decide the pack size
20 kg multi-wall kraft bags with a PE moisture liner for distribution; 1 kg stand-up pouches for retail channels.
Lock the artwork
OEM and ODM artwork with multi-language labels is available, so the blend can go out under the distributor's own brand.

Which grade is normally specified for this method?
Amino Acids 35 is the usual starting point. Decide the N-P-K and micronutrient declaration, then size the amino acid inclusion around what is left.
Does the powder dissolve fully in this method?
Water solubility is specified at 100% for the amino acid grades and 99% for Protein Powder, so nothing is left in tanks, drip lines or dosing equipment.
Can we sample before committing?
Yes. Free samples of 200 to 500 g ship with their own batch COA for formulation testing.
What is the lead time for a commercial order?
30 days for regular orders, FOB Shanghai or Qingdao.
