Compound Amino Acid Powders

Three concentrations of the same hydrolysed feather protein, priced by active content

The Problem

What This Range Is For

Organic nitrogen sources that do not dissolve completely block nozzles, foul drip emitters and leave residue in the tank. Sources that do dissolve are often sold without a free amino acid figure, so the buyer cannot tell what fraction is actually plant-available or compare two quotations on the same basis.

Who Buys It

  • Fertilizer formulators blending water-soluble NPK and micronutrient products
  • Biostimulant manufacturers building liquid and soluble concentrates
  • Importers and distributors supplying foliar and fertigation programmes
  • Private-label brands that need OEM artwork and multi-language packaging
Core Advantages

Why These Products

  • 100% water solubility across all three grades, so no residue in tanks, drip lines or spray equipment
  • Free amino acid content independently measured by Eurofins under GB/T 18246-2019
  • One raw material and one process behind all three grades, so blends behave predictably when you step up a concentration
  • Batch-specific COA with every shipment and TDS/SDS available before the order
  • 1 kg retail pouch and 20 kg kraft bag from the same production line, with OEM artwork available
Application Scenarios

Where These Products Are Used

  • Foliar spray at 100 – 200 g per 100 L of water (0.1 – 0.2%)
  • Fertigation and drip at 1.5 – 3 kg per hectare per application
  • Foliar spray at 100 – 200 g per 100 L of water (0.1 – 0.2%)
  • Fertigation and drip at 1.5 – 3 kg per hectare per application
  • Foliar spray at 50 – 150 g per 100 L of water (0.05 – 0.15%)
  • Fertigation and drip at 1 – 2 kg per hectare per application

FAQ

Questions About Amino Acid Powders

Why does the 35 grade have more nitrogen than the 45?

Total nitrogen counts all nitrogen in the powder, not only the nitrogen in free amino acids. The 35 grade is specified at ≥ 17% total nitrogen and the 45 grade at ≥ 16%, while the 45 grade carries more amino acids and more organic matter.

Is it fully soluble in cold water?

Water solubility is specified at 100%. Dissolve with agitation into a partly filled tank rather than adding powder to a full one.

What is the difference between total and free amino acids?

Total amino acids include those still bound in peptides. Free amino acids are already separated and immediately plant-available. This grade is specified at ≥ 45% total and measured by Eurofins at 41.93% free.

Who issued the analysis and when?

Eurofins (Chengdu), a CNAS-accredited laboratory, under GB/T 18246-2019. Certificate AR-26-Y3-008790-02, issued 29 April 2026.

Why is total nitrogen lower than in the 35 grade?

Total nitrogen counts all nitrogen present. The 80 grade is dominated by free amino acids rather than by residual protein, so its specified total nitrogen is ≥ 12% while the 35 grade is ≥ 17%.

What does the glycine content actually do?

Glycine is the smallest amino acid and acts as a natural chelating agent, complexing micronutrients in a blend. This grade carries glycine at 11.56% free content.
