What This Method Covers
In a biostimulant concentrate the amino acid powder is not a minor additive: inclusion runs from 10 to 30% of finished concentrate for Amino Acids 45 and 20 to 50% for Amino Acids 80. At those levels the free amino acid figure is effectively the product claim, which is why the Eurofins reports matter more here than anywhere else in the range.

Amino Acids 80 is verified at 75.37% free amino acids and Amino Acids 45 at 41.93%, both by Eurofins under GB/T 18246-2019.
Work out the active per litre
At high inclusion the difference between grades shows up as freight and packaging cost per unit of active, not just as price per ton.
Check the pH window
The amino acid grades sit at pH 4 to 6 in 1% solution, which has to be reconciled with the rest of the concentrate.
Sample before committing
Free 200 to 500 g samples ship with their own batch COA for formulation testing.
Keep the documentation chain
