Letters are computer-cut for precision, fully welded, and painted to the PMS or RAL reference you supply.
From Enquiry to Delivery
How We Build It
Four stages, run the same way on every order, which is what makes a repeat set match the original.
Stage 1
A translucent face is fitted into a fabricated metal box letter
Stage 2
Module pitch is set from the letter depth so the face lights evenly
Stage 3
Returns are finished in metal so the letter still reads as metal by day
Stage 4
Drivers are sized and supplied with the set, CE, RoHS and UL approved
Approval first
Nothing is cut until you have signed off a drawing showing letter heights, return depth, finish and the colour reference.
Fabrication window
5 to 7 days on the bench once the drawing is approved.
Packing and transit
Individually wrapped, packed flat, 4 to 5 days by DHL, UPS or FedEx — or by sea or air where the packed volume justifies it.

Questions About Front-Lit LED Letters
Do you work from our own artwork?
Yes — that is the normal way we work. Send vector artwork and we cut from it. If all you have is a sketch or a photograph, we will redraw it and send the drawing back for approval first.
Is there a warranty on the letters?
TBC — warranty terms are not stated in the material this catalogue was built from. Please confirm them in writing with your quotation.
What lead time should we plan for?
5 to 7 days for fabrication and a further 4 to 5 days in transit by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Sea and air freight are available for larger orders.
Do you quote installation as well?
We manufacture and ship; installation is carried out by your own fitter or a local sign contractor. The 1:1 template and pre-welded studs are what make that straightforward.
Can you match our brand colour?
Yes. Letters can be lacquered in any colour — send the RAL or Pantone reference and we match to it rather than to a colour name.
