Thin folded letters dent if anything touches them, which rules them out at handrail height or anywhere the public can reach.

Letters are computer-cut for precision, fully welded, and painted to the PMS or RAL reference you supply.
From Enquiry to Delivery
How We Build It
Four stages, run the same way on every order, which is what makes a repeat set match the original.
Stage 1
The letter is cut from a single plate, 6 mm upward
Stage 2
The cut edge is dressed so it reads as solid metal, not as a seam
Stage 3
Face and edge are finished together for a continuous grain or polish
Stage 4
Locating studs and a 1:1 template are supplied for flush or stand-off mounting
Approval first
Nothing is cut until you have signed off a drawing showing letter heights, return depth, finish and the colour reference.
Fabrication window
5 to 7 days on the bench once the drawing is approved.
Packing and transit
Individually wrapped, packed flat, 4 to 5 days by DHL, UPS or FedEx — or by sea or air where the packed volume justifies it.

How are the letters installed?
Every set ships as a ready-to-install kit with a 1:1 mounting template. The template is drilled from the same file the letters were cut from, so the set-out matches the artwork exactly.
What is the minimum order quantity?

Can these letters be illuminated?
Yes. Direct illumination lights the face and indirect illumination puts the light behind the letter as a halo. Tell us which before fabrication, because it changes the return depth.
How is the set packed for export?
Letters are individually wrapped and packed flat. Mirror-polished faces keep their protective film until the moment of installation.
What is the smallest letter you can make?
Letter height starts at 40 mm. Below that the return depth and the fixing studs stop being practical.
