How a Project Runs

Artwork in

Vector artwork with the cap height marked and the colour quoted as a RAL or Pantone reference.

Drawing back

Construction, return depth, finish and fixing detail, confirmed in writing before anything is cut.

Fabrication

Cut, welded, ground back and finished — 5 to 7 days on the bench.

Flat-packed out

Individually wrapped with a 1:1 template, 4 to 5 days in transit by express courier.

Questions About Project Work

Can these letters be illuminated?

Yes. Direct illumination lights the face and indirect illumination puts the light behind the letter as a halo. Tell us which before fabrication, because it changes the return depth.

How is the set packed for export?

Letters are individually wrapped and packed flat. Mirror-polished faces keep their protective film until the moment of installation.

What is the smallest letter you can make?

Letter height starts at 40 mm. Below that the return depth and the fixing studs stop being practical.

Are the LED components certified?

The LED modules and power supplies we use in illuminated letters are CE, RoHS and UL approved.
