A flat vinyl or printed name has no depth, so it flattens out under facade lighting and reads as signage rather than as architecture.
Where it fits. Retail frontages, reception walls, building entrances and boundary walls.
Letters are computer-cut for precision, fully welded, and painted to the PMS or RAL reference you supply.
From Enquiry to Delivery
How We Build It
Four stages, run the same way on every order, which is what makes a repeat set match the original.
Stage 1
Artwork is redrawn as cutting paths and the face is cut from 6 mm or thicker plate
Stage 2
Returns are formed to the depth you specify and welded to the face all round
Stage 3
Welds are ground back and the whole letter is finished to a single grain or polish
Stage 4
Studs are welded to the back and a 1:1 template is drilled from the same file
Approval first
Nothing is cut until you have signed off a drawing showing letter heights, return depth, finish and the colour reference.
Fabrication window
5 to 7 days on the bench once the drawing is approved.
Packing and transit
Individually wrapped, packed flat, 4 to 5 days by DHL, UPS or FedEx — or by sea or air where the packed volume justifies it.

Questions About Built-Up Relief Letters
Can you supply a mixed set of materials?
Yes. A logo in one material next to lettering in another is built as a single assembly so the alignment is set in the workshop, not on the wall.
How thick are the letters?
Material starts at 6 mm and goes thicker on request. The right thickness depends on letter height and how close people get to the sign.
How do you handle payment?
By T/T, PayPal or Western Union.
Can you ship by sea instead of courier?
Yes. We arrange shipping by sea, by air or by courier, chosen against the size of the packed order.
How are the letters installed?
Every set ships as a ready-to-install kit with a 1:1 mounting template. The template is drilled from the same file the letters were cut from, so the set-out matches the artwork exactly.
