A Sign Letter Workshop Since 2000
We have made advertising sign letters since 2000 and served the global market for more than 20 years. Letters are computer-cut, fully welded and finished by hand in Shenzhen, then shipped as ready-to-install kits.

What We Do
One Thing Done Properly
We make letters. Built-up relief letters, fabricated box letters and flat-cut letters, in stainless steel 304 and 316, in aluminium, and — on request — in copper and plexiglass. Lit or unlit. Brushed, polished or lacquered.
Letters are computer-cut for precision, fully welded, and painted to the PMS or RAL reference you supply. LED modules and power supplies used in our illuminated letters are CE, RoHS and UL approved.
What we do not do is hold stock. There is no letter library here to pick from. Every set is cut from the artwork the customer sends, which is why this catalogue shows finished work rather than a font list.

Sets are laid out and checked as a whole, not character by character.
Quality control
Welds are ground back before finishing, so the grain or polish runs across the joint rather than stopping at it. Letter spacing and stroke weight are checked against the approval drawing before anything is wrapped. Mirror faces keep their protective film until installation.
Packing and export
Letters are individually wrapped and packed flat with the 1:1 template in the same box. Shipping is by sea, by air or by courier, chosen against the packed size.
Work installed from a flat-packed kit by the customer's own fitter.
How We Work
Artwork In, Drawing Back, Then We Cut
Nothing goes on a machine until you have approved a drawing showing construction, return depth, finish, colour reference and fixing detail. That drawing is what a repeat order is built from later, which is how a second store ends up matching the first.
We manufacture and ship; installation is carried out by your own fitter or a local sign contractor. The template and the pre-welded studs are what make that straightforward.

Questions About Working With Us
What stainless grade do you use?
Stainless steel 304 or 316, chosen on request. 304 suits ordinary inland exposure; 316 is the better choice near the coast or anywhere with a high salt or chemical load.
Do you work from our own artwork?
Yes — that is the normal way we work. Send vector artwork and we cut from it. If all you have is a sketch or a photograph, we will redraw it and send the drawing back for approval first.
Is there a warranty on the letters?
TBC — warranty terms are not stated in the material this catalogue was built from. Please confirm them in writing with your quotation.
What lead time should we plan for?
5 to 7 days for fabrication and a further 4 to 5 days in transit by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Sea and air freight are available for larger orders.
Do you quote installation as well?
We manufacture and ship; installation is carried out by your own fitter or a local sign contractor. The 1:1 template and pre-welded studs are what make that straightforward.
