What Ref 305 Actually Is
Reference 305 is a custom sign letter set built to the artwork supplied, with the construction chosen to suit the letter height and the fixing surface, made in aluminium with a lacquered aluminium face. It is not a stock item. The photograph shows one set we built; what you receive is the same construction cut to your own letters, your own height and your own colour.
Aluminium weighs far less than stainless at the same size, so very tall letters stay within what a facade fixing — and a scaffold crew — can carry.
Letters are computer-cut for precision, fully welded, and painted to the PMS or RAL reference you supply.

Materials and Quality Control
Material and Finish Notes
Aluminium is lacquered rather than left bare, so the colour is whatever RAL or Pantone reference you quote.
Welds are ground back before the finish is applied, so the grain or polish runs across the joint rather than stopping at it. Faces are checked against the approval drawing for letter spacing and stroke weight before packing.
