About Dalian Y&D Trading Co., Ltd.
Dalian Y&D Trading Co., Ltd. has worked on sustainable fashion since 2005 from Dalian in northeast China. We supply outdoor jackets, padded and down outerwear, knitted mid layers, outdoor fabric and organic cotton constructions to clothing brands and importers, and we hold an ECOCERT Greenlife scope certificate under the Organic Content Standard in the company's own name.
What We Do
We develop and supply finished garments and the fabric behind them. The range on this site is the reference library: most programmes begin when a buyer points at a style number here or sends their own tech pack, and we come back with what the construction allows and what it does not.
Certification
Our OCS scope certificate, No. EGL/163881/1180055/1 under Organic Content Standard version 2.0, licence number 163881, is issued to Dalian Y&D Trading Co., Ltd. by ECOCERT Greenlife SAS of L'Isle Jourdain, France. It covers women's apparel in the compositions listed in the certificate appendix, from blends of 5 to 94 percent organic cotton with hemp, elastane and post-consumer recycled polyester and nylon, through to constructions of 95 to 100 percent organic cotton at the Organic Textiles label grade. The copy we publish was issued on 15 March 2021 with validity to 31 December 2021, and the current cycle is confirmed on request.

Trade Fairs
Our sample range travels to apparel OEM trade fairs, where the full outerwear block can be handled in person. Photographs of recent booths are shown below. If you cannot attend, ask for construction photographs of any style in the catalogue.
How We Work
Buyers send a specification, a size chart, a colour standard and label artwork. We confirm the achievable specification, sample against it and produce to the agreed packing list. Commercial terms including minimum order quantity, lead time and payment are set per programme and quoted by email rather than published.
