About this product

The UV-CIPP Felt Liner is a comprehensive pipeline rehabilitation solution involving the injection or impregnation of a woven fiberglass hose with a UV-curable resin. The resin-impregnated liner is pulled into the existing pipeline and pneumatically expanded to press tightly against the host pipe wall.

Using the existing pipe as the outer mold and the liner itself as the inner mold, the resin is then cured under ultraviolet light to form a composite inner lining pipe of substantial structural strength. The result is a "tube-in-tube" structure with mechanical properties customizable to the rehabilitation context.

Short-term modulus exceeds 10,000 MPa and flexural strength exceeds 200 MPa. The specialized resin and curing agent have obtained sanitary certification, making the liner suitable for the rehabilitation of potable water supply pipelines.
