UV-CIPP Technology Repair
Traction-pulled, resin-impregnated fiberglass hose cured by UV light. Forms a rigid "tube-in-tube" structure inside the host pipe.
Huatao Pipeline Technology manufactures the full CIPP product system — UV-cured liners, inversion drums, FIPP thermoplastic tubes, spiral-wound PVC, resins and inspection equipment — for drainage, water, gas and oil rehabilitation projects across 15+ countries.
CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe), also known as the in-situ curing method, repairs damaged pipelines without excavation. A resin-soaked liner is inserted into the host pipe under air or water pressure, then cured with heat, steam or UV light to form a new structural pipe wall inside the original.
The principle is straightforward: resin heated by water/steam, or photo-cured by ultraviolet light, hardens inside the host pipe to form a new "tube-in-tube" structure with up to 50 years of service life. The new inner pipe can be put into use within hours of curing completion.
CIPP technology originated in Europe and America in the 1970s and has become the preferred method for urban water-supply and drainage rehabilitation in China and worldwide. Its three defining advantages:
From UV-cured fiberglass tubes to spiral-wound PVC profiles — six liner technologies covering every diameter and host pipe material.
Different damage profiles, diameters, and host materials demand different rehabilitation methods. We supply the full toolbox.
Traction-pulled, resin-impregnated fiberglass hose cured by UV light. Forms a rigid "tube-in-tube" structure inside the host pipe.
Resin-impregnated hose inverted with air or water pressure, then cured with steam or hot water. Originated in Europe, the most widely deployed CIPP method.
Factory-pressed liner reformed via heat & pressure to fit the host pipe. Adapts to any cross-sectional shape — circular, rectangular, arched.
PVC-U profile strips spirally wound and interlocked underground to form a continuous new pipe — works under live-flow conditions.
High-strength mortar followed by polyurethane sprayed onto pipe walls — combines structural strength with corrosion protection for 50-year service.
Cutting head fractures the old pipe while new HDPE short pipes with expansion-lock joints are pushed in synchronously — in-situ replacement.
Vehicle-mounted UV curing systems, pneumatic inversion units, steam curing rigs, and composite spraying equipment.
Container-mounted UV curing rig with 3 light trains DN200–DN2200

More about us
From municipal drainage projects in Brazil to oil pipeline rehabilitation in Russia, our CIPP products are trusted by contractors and utilities worldwide.
CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) is an in-situ trenchless rehabilitation method. A resin-impregnated liner is inserted into the host pipe and cured with UV light, steam or hot water — forming a new "tube-in-tube" pipe wall without excavation.
Our liners cover DN100 to DN2500. UV-CIPP felt liners handle DN200–DN2200, inversion dry felt tubes work for DN100–DN2000, FIPP thermoplastic for DN150–DN1000, and spiral-wound PVC for DN600–DN2500.
A properly installed CIPP liner has a design service life of 50 years. The composite formed by resin and reinforcement fiber is highly resistant to corrosion, abrasion, and chemical attack.
Municipal drainage, urban water supply, gas distribution, district heating, oil & petrochemical, and industrial pipelines. Our products are deployed in 15+ overseas markets including the US, Russia, Brazil, Turkey, and the UAE.
Yes. We supply complete CIPP felt liner production lines and HDPE/PP pipe spiral-wound production lines (DN200–DN4500), including dry liner production, vacuum resin injection, flatten units, and packaging.
