Flexible liner hose repair using PE or TPU is primarily designed for potable water pipelines, conveying water at ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C to 40°C. The seamless woven-fiber construction with PE or PU coating provides leak-tight, pressure-retentive rehabilitation while remaining compatible with potable water sanitary standards.
The HDPE pipe folding liner repair method is primarily intended for water supply pipelines with a nominal diameter (DN) of less than 800 mm, conveying water at ambient temperatures. A factory-folded HDPE pipe is pulled into the host pipe and reformed via heat and pressure to fit tightly against the existing pipe wall.
UV-CIPP pipeline repair utilizes specialized materials and coating designs; it is primarily employed for the rehabilitation of water supply pipelines — including those for raw water, domestic water, fire protection, and municipal landscaping — and the liner material complies with drinking water safety standards. Sanitary certification of resin and curing agents makes UV-CIPP a fully compliant solution for potable water rehabilitation.
