OEM and ODM From Sketch to Shipment

Each Decision and When It Is Made

1. Brief and artwork
   You send a logo, a photo or a sketch. Artwork is redrawn for production free of charge, with the Pantone references written on the proof.
2. Material and process
   Iron, brass, zinc alloy, aluminium or soft PVC is chosen from the size, the relief depth and the use the piece will get.
3. Mould and sample
   The mould is cut and a physical sample is produced in 3-5 days, free of charge, before any bulk commitment.
4. Approval
   Colour, plating, relief and attachment are approved on the physical sample, not on a screen render.
5. Mass production
   Bulk runs in 10-15 days. Plating and enamel are matched back to the approved sample.
6. Quality control
   Pieces are checked for colour match, plating coverage, edge finish and attachment strength before packing.
7. Packing
   Normally 100 to 1000 pieces per PP bag or small box, with custom packing available on request.
8. Shipment
   Goods are shipped to your forwarder or door. Products have been exported to the United States, Russia and Europe.

What This Removes From Your Schedule

• No charge for artwork redrawing, so the design stage does not need a purchase order.
• No charge for the first sample, so budget is committed after you have seen the piece.
• No fixed minimum order quantity, so quantity is set by demand rather than by the factory.
• One approved sample becomes the standard for every reorder.
