The silhouette is drawn from your artwork, so a landmark, a mascot or a bottle keeps its real shape.
Layer plan
2D or 3D relief is planned layer by layer, which is what gives depth to a moulded piece.
Colour
Any colour to the Pantone number you supply, at no colour surcharge.
Mould
The tool is cut and a sample produced before bulk.
Assembly
Magnets, split rings, leather belts or bottle openers are fitted after moulding.
Check
Colour, relief and fitting strength are checked before packing.
