Manufacturing and Quality Control

1. Artwork
   Your logo, photo or sketch is redrawn for production free of charge, with the Pantone references written onto the proof.
2. Tooling
   The mould or die is cut once the proof is approved.
3. Sample
   A free physical sample is produced in 3-5 days so colour, finish and fitting are approved in the hand.
4. Production
   Bulk runs in 10-15 days, matched back to the approved sample.
5. Inspection
   Colour match, plating coverage, edge finish and attachment strength are checked before packing.
6. Packing
   Normally 100 to 1000 pieces per PP bag or small box, or packed to your specification.

Comparison

Against the cast zinc alloy tools in this range, aluminium is lighter and takes anodised colour rather than plating, but it will not hold a 3D modelled shape. Choose zinc for shape, aluminium for weight and colour.

Use Guide

• Insert the fork at the edge of the pitch mark and lever toward the centre.
• Wipe the anodised surface dry to avoid water spotting.
• Carry in a pocket rather than clipped to a bag, which is what the profile is for.
