The Starting Point

A hospitality buyer wanted a wall sized decorative image for a wine focused interior, with artwork that would read in low bar lighting.

Project Challenge

A single large panel could not be shipped safely, and a painted mural could not be repaired after damage.

What We Changed

Composition planned across a tile grid so the design runs through the joints
Module size chosen for safe transport and manual handling
Relief outline used so the image reads under low directional lighting
Tiles numbered and packed in installation order with a layout drawing

Manufacturing Process

Layout planning, outline drawing across the grid, glaze filling, firing, full mural assembly check, numbering and packing.

Quality Control

Joint alignment checked in dry layout, full mural assembled and reviewed after firing, and packing checked against the numbered layout.

Supply Chain Coordination

Packing was agreed before production, then pieces were protected in foam inside cardboard cartons and shipped by the freight mode chosen for the order: sea, air, door to door or express.

Final Result

What Was Delivered

A wall sized mural delivered as manageable modules, installed from the numbered drawing.

Why It Mattered

Individual tiles can be replaced later without remaking the wall, and spares were supplied with the set.
