The Full Pile Sequence
Concrete mixing, rebar cage, end plate welding and assembling, clamping, pumping, tensioning, spinning, steam curing, demoulding, steam and pressure curing, then stocking.

End Plate Welding Is The Extra Station
Piles are joined end to end on site, so the end plate has to be welded and assembled with the cage before clamping. Planning that station into the conveyor loop keeps it from becoming the bottleneck.

Pressure Curing After Demoulding
PHC piles receive steam and pressure curing after demoulding. This second curing stage needs its own area and its own scheduling, which is why a pile plant is laid out differently from a pole plant.

Standards To Design Against
GB 13476-2009 covers pretensioned spun concrete piles and JGJ/T 406-2017 is the technical standard for concrete pipe piles. Both are available on the downloads page, and a customer national standard is applied instead when it is supplied before design starts.
Running Poles And Piles On One Line
Where a market needs both, one chain conveyor line can be designed to suit both products. The Bangladesh project runs that configuration at 600 units per shift.
