Zino sends the relevant standards documents to the end user with every turnkey line, so the plant works to the current version from the first casting. This guide lists the four documents supplied and explains when to substitute your own.
All production line designs default to the latest GB standards of the People Republic of China. If you have your own version of national standards, send them in advance and they are applied right from the start of the design.
GB 4623 is the concrete pole standard. The Chinese version is available on the downloads page, and an English version can be requested.
Automatic Pole Production Line
GB 13476-2009 is the national standard for pretensioned spun concrete piles. JGJ/T 406-2017 is the technical standard for concrete pipe piles. Both are supplied as reference documents.
Automatic Pile Production Line
The concrete that feeds the line has its own standard. GB 14902-2003 covers ready mixed concrete and is included so the mixing station is not treated as a separate question.
Section dimensions, reinforcement and curing all follow from the standard in force. Changing it after the line is designed means changing moulds and tooling, which is the expensive way to find out.
