Enquiry
A buyer sends a vehicle model, or a photograph of the old part, and nothing else.
How it is handled: The number cast or printed on the old part is read first, then matched against the reference list and the engine code.
Confirmation
Variants of the same vehicle take different parts, especially across drive configurations and model years.
How it is handled: The matched models and the OEM number are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp or email before the order is accepted.
Picking
Similar looking references are easy to mix up in a warehouse.
How it is handled: Each line is picked against its OEM number and photographed before packing.
Dispatch
Buyers cannot inspect goods before they leave China.
How it is handled: Photographs of the packed goods are sent before dispatch so the buyer can check the references.
